It felt really really good to be able to text my parents that i finally finally got in the dean’s list. This term was probably the most challenging ever - physically, mentally, and emotionally (HAHA) and praise God talaga that i was able to pass everything, to say the least. One term left!! And i’m making it the best term ever.
Haay. I’m really grateful for everything that’s been happening lately. Thank YOU.
Roof party
December 15, 2007I marvel at the stars and feel my heart overflow
I was probably in sixth grade when i last climbed up to our roof. It's not exactly what you can call easy access, but hey we were a bunch of bored kids. Last night, we went through all the hassle just to relive the old times. Well, not really. JD texted my brother about the meteor shower announcement on tv and we just had to check it out. So at around 10:30pm of December 14 2007 there were nine people on our roof, all giddy and excited (and in pajamas), staring anxiously at the starry starry sky. All of us screamed whenever we caught glimpse of a falling star (there were a lot btw!). It was beautiful, surreal almost. We had so much fun woohoo yeehoo. December just keeps on getting better, dontcha think?
And now..HUSKY VOICE AND STIFF NECK. but somehow it's okay. Hehe.

Two sleepless nights resulted to the sweetest two words i've heard this week. I was scared as hell when Sir Gutierrez told gatz and me to sit near him during his panelling duties for another group, but when he opened to us our folder i almost screamed for relief. 3.5. He told us that we had the best idea so far. "Almost made it," he said smiling. Hey, that's fine with me! Praise God!
To celebrate, gatz thea and i went to Trinoma to watch a movie. We ended up devouring sweet sweet meat (etc etc) in Conty's. Mango Bravo, i love you.
Mom + me
December 11, 2007Today i went to the mall with my mom. We were supposed to buy “mom stuff”, like mops (hi mom haha) and such but we ended up buying a lot of other useless little girly things. She bought like 10+ sets of hankies (which i dont really get btw) etcetera, and i got myself (with her money of course) a couple of clothes. Even though it was such a huge waste of time for a girl who’s supposed to be studying for her finance exam on thursday, it turned out to be a great way to waste time. I got to spend time with my mom, just the two of us, and that’s always nice. It’s been years since we last did that.
After today i discovered that our family’s got this absurd fondness for tea. We had soo much today that i think my dentist’s going to give up on me in my next visit.
